The Mumbai T-shirt is basically a in-house manufacturing of Mumbai service in collaboration with eSparsha and Arkloop Solution when we wear this T-shirt, we represent that we are from Mumbai and that's the name on the T-shirt ‘I AM MUMBAI’. The small icon of a local train on the top-right indicates the lifeline of Mumbai. Then on the chest, a small icon of ‘Gateway of India’ with a tagline symbolises you a person of Mumbai.
If you are looking for group order for these T-shirt, then kindly write to us at So far the ‘I AM MUMBAI’ T-shirt has been used by many cyclist, many running marathon groups which showcases that the event is of the Mumbai or the group represents Mumbai.
I AM MUMBAI T-shirt is currently available only 3 sizes [medium (M), large(L) and extra large (XL)]. Presently we sell only one cosmetic brand on our store and that’s Bella Voste. It is one of the very well known brand in India and most of the products are imported mainly from France and Italy. The cosmetic products are very high end quality products and it is handled with care and delivered to the buyers through trusted courier partners.

5) Are the Jewellery products sold on our website are real?
All the jewellery products sold on our website are not with real gold or silver. All the jewelleries are handmade by the people of India (mainly from rural areas) hence you will always find the quality of the handmade products very ethnic and are being beautifully crafted.

To shop on the website, it is not compulsory to register on the website. However, shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. Also the registered customers would get 5% discount for the first purchase.

11) Does the seller has any kind of intimation between?
If you have any kind of a problem with any of the seller product then seller does not comes into picture, it is always the who always takes the initiative and becomes a bridge between the seller and the buyer (you).

2. Do I need to pay shipping charges?
Since we are an Indian company, the shipping is absolutely free across India. However, if you are placing order from outside India or would like us to deliver the product outside India then we assure you that the product would be delivered in a maximum timeline of 7 to 10 days. The charges are additional for shipping outside India. It would be Rs. 2000/product.
There is NO COD payment method for International buyers.
However if you go for Gift Wrap, the additional charges of Rs. 70 would be added. for international buyer the Gift Wrap would cost $1.

3. What is the estimated delivery time of my order?
In India, we deliver the products in maximum timeline of 3 to 5 days however if the product is to be delivered in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal then the delivery of the products would happen in two days (just 2 days).

4. Can I track my order?
Yes. We would be sending you an email with the tracking details (way bill number) once the shipment is sent from our vendor's side and using the same details, you can know instantly the status of your order.

You being our buyer would have an opportunity to choose COD or you can make the payment through NEFT/RTGS or you can also make the payment through online payment options like Debit card / Credit card / Net banking or any kind of wallets. 2. Do you accept Cash On Delivery?
Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery but would be applicable for selected products. So when you would add any product to the cart and proceed with the checkout page, you would be shown with the available payment options based on your location.
NOTE: If you are an International customer (other than India) then Cash on Delivery payment system is not applicable.

3. Can I buy products in installments?
Sorry we do not have any installment facility as of now but in the near future, we would be collaborating with the payment gateway companies where the EMI options would be made available to all the customer’s of Mumbai Service.



1. Can I return my product?
Yes you can return products just that you should not open the shipment. Once the parcel is opened you will have to accept the product. If you got wrong product then we will arrange a right product for you immediately but these cases never occur in our case. Since 2011 to till date we are serving ‘’ such problems have never occurred.
All returned products must have:
Their original packaging
Price Tags
Original Invoice

2. Where and When can I expect a refund for my returned product?
Your refund will reflect in your account within 2 weeks of us receiving the returned product.

3. What can I do if I receive an incorrect product?
You will be given with 2 choices:
A) To avail the complete refund in your account within 2 weeks of us receiving the wrong product back.
B) To receive the correct product, we request you to please send the wrong item back along with the original packaging and tags. Once we receive the incorrect product we would then send the correct product to you.

4. When can I cancel my purchase?
If you are willing to cancel the purchase then we request you to cancel on the same day as our order processing immediately starts upon receiving the order. Also, since all our products are ready, we just have to ship it. We try to ship on the same day or earlier next day so that the product reaches to you as soon as possible. So it is advisable to please do not cancel the order until it’s an emergency, you can write a email to us on with a subject line Cancel order no (enter your order no.) and the reason of canceling the same in the email.
